THE SWEETS & TREATS EXPERIENCE
Sweets & Treats is an old-fashioned lolly shop in the historic village of Richmond. We have a huge range of sweets, from soft jellies and hard rock candy to chocolates, toffees, nuts, licorice, coconut ice and more. Our shop is just like the shops from your childhood – our lollies are displayed in rows and rows of glass jars and cheerfully weighed out by our friendly staff.
We have a huge range of treats from Tasmania and around Australia, as well as some specially imported lines from Europe. There is truly something for everyone! Whether you like it soft, hard, chewy, chocolate coated, sweet, sour, on a stick, in a bag, in a jar or straight in your mouth, we have it for you!
But Sweets & Treats isn’t just lollies – we’re also a cafe and ice cream shop! Come in and try our delicious locally made ice cream, premium coffee, iced drinks, classic milkshakes and hot waffles made to order.
With an interior seating area and a large outdoor courtyard for enjoying those long summer days, Sweets & Treats is the perfect place to wind back the clock, reawaken a few childhood memories and enjoy time with family and friends

Sweets and Treats is open for trading 7 days a week all year round with the one exception of Christmas Day.

Stumbled across this cute little candy and ice cream shop situated on the main street in picturesque Richmond. There’s a variety of candy for every sweet tooth out there but what sets it apart is the wonderful array of ice cream concoctions available. Prices are reasonable and the variety is spectacular! There is a long list posted of gluten free and dairy free ice cream options. Some air conditioned inside seating is available but out the back door is a delightful courtyard with plentiful seating.

Being from Sydney it was a breath of fresh air to receive this level of customer service from these young adults. Well done !
