OUR ICE CREAM
Our scoop ice cream is made by Valhalla, a much-loved Tasmanian brand founded in 1989. The ice cream is made with Tasmanian milk and cream in Cambridge, just ten minutes from Richmond.
Valhalla makes traditional ice cream, not gelato. It’s rich and creamy, with a great mouthfeel. They make old-fashioned flavours like rum & raisin and hokey pokey, and some modern twists, like their famous lavender ice cream, made with real lavender from Bridestowe Estate.
We currently offer 30 flavours, including 3 delicious sorbets, so there is truly something for everyone!
Any of our ice-creams can be freshly choc-dipped in any size. Make sure to try it next time you visit!
Most Valhalla flavours are gluten free. Please ask staff for a list or for more information when you visit.
